The whole process was very hard for me as Emma was my first horse and I had her from I was 17 – my parents were never horsey and I had to wait to buy my own horse – so she was very very special and I had her for such a long time (25yrs) Denver you made this horrible experience so much easier for me to handle from the way in which you answered my initial call to the manner in which you collected the body and finally the very quick time you got the ashes back to me in a beautifully made up casket. Words cannot express how much I appreciate not only your professionalism throughout but probably what meant so much was the empathy that was genuinely heartfelt from yourself. Once again many thanks, and if you ever want to give my number to perspective clients to use as a reference I would only be too glad to do so."

However, the way in which you took care of him was much appreciated. Marvin loved the beach and some of his remains have been scattered on the beach in Sligo where he spent almost 16 yrs. Please accept this small token from the 4 of us. I called with AJ’s – they knew you both!! Wonder Why! Tried to get another name of a restaurant out of Lynsey but AJ’s topped the list! "Lynsey & Denver, Thank you for looking after Sophie, my wee 14½ year old miniature pomeranian, after she passed away. Handling Sophie’s wee body over to you, leaving her in your wee room knowing that she was looked after and treated with respect. What that meant to me, I cannot put into a short phrase. She was a special wee woman, so full of life, ruling the roost, up until two days before she passed away in my arms at home. There will never be another wee Pomeranian like her. Thank goodness, all of us pet owners in Northern Ireland now have “Glenvine Pet Crematorium”, a place where our pets are laid to rest in a dignified way. Thank you and much appreciation to you both Sharon Rodgers - Sophie’s Pawprints left behind may fade, but in our hearts her memory, will always stay forever. Just a note to say thankyou for returning Muffin back to Garvagh vets and for the sympathy card. The sleeping cat is lovely and we have comfort from just having her ashes. She was so precious to us and we were able to enjoy many years of love and happiness with her. She was 13 years old and the vet thinks she had a stroke. Our hearts are broken without her. I just wanted to convey my sincere and heartfelt thanks to you. Nothing could have prepared me for the horror and heartache of losing my horse, my best friend "Donny". The calm, quiet and efficient way in which you answered our calls, the dignity which you afforded Donny as you took her away and the kindness and sympathy which you showed to both myself and my dad all meant so much to us and did not go unnoticed.
The obvoius work that went into the beautiful chest in which you returned her remains to us will serve as a reminder for years to come, not only of her but of the "fitting farewell" which you afforded her.

Tim was my first pony and got him back in 1997 we had so many fun times together.
I had rang so many different companys who deal with pets but none of them did horses and for you to come all the way down here (limerick) and at such a good price! i will be telling everyone about your perfect service!!
